+ How much do you charge for a massage/lymphatic drainage?

I have several options:

• 30 minutes $79.65 + HST ($90)
• 45 minutes $94.69 + HST ($107)
• 60 minutes $115.04 + HST ($130)
• 75 minutes $129.20 + HST ($146)
• 90 minutes $150.44 + HST ($170)

Please note that the cost of bandages/taping is extra (for lymphedema clients who don't have their own compression garments). There is no extra charge for Indie Head Massage but there is a minimum time of 45 minutes for a stand alone treatment or 75 minutes for a massage plus Indie head massage.

+ How much do you charge for a yoga class?

• 60 minute private $80.00 + HST
• 60 minute yoga for two $120 + HST
• 5-class pass (private) $375 + HST
• 5-class pass (yoga for two) $550 + HST

+ Do you offer direct billing?

No. But the receipt that I provide you will include all the information that your insurance provider needs to reimburse you.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit card, e-transfer and cash.

+ What are your hours?

Monday 12-6; Tuesday 11-6; Wednesday 11-7; Thursday 11-7

+ Where are you located?

I work out of my home clinic in Long Branch (Etobicoke). After you book your appointment, I’ll provide you with location details. Street parking is available. Please note that there are stairs down to my clinic space so it is not accessible for everyone.

+ Is your space accessible?

No, there are seven stairs down from my side door.

+ Is there parking?

Yes, there is free street parking on both sides for three hours.

+ Are you an ADP authorizer?

Yes, I am an authorizer for compression garments (not pumps) for lymphedema under the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) through the Ontario Ministry of Health

+ Do you offer deep tissue/deep pressure massage?

Firm pressure massage can be part of your treatment if appropriate. I find that if the pressure is too much and your muscles tense up, the benefit of the session is not as great. I will check in with you about your comfort level throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is perfect for you. If you want to be squashed, then I can refer you to a better-suited therapist.

+ I like heat

I've got you covered! I have an infrared heating pad, warm oil and the option of including the infrared sauna as part of your treatment. When we review your health history, we will discuss the pros and cons of heat and what is best suited for you.

+ Do you have a cancellation policy?

I don't charge for a cancelled appointment due to illness, but I do ask that you give me 24 hours notice. I do charge a 50% fee for non-illness related cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

+ Do you offer mobile massage?

No, I do not offer mobile massage

+ Are you vaccinated against Covid-19?
